Return Policy We will accept a return if you are not completely satisfied with prints or photos only under the described condition. We will refund the cost of the item itself. Shipping/handling charges you paid at the time of order will not be returned. The return postage/shipping charge is your responsibility. No COD is accepted. Graphic Prints: Return in
the original tube in which the print was shipped. Photo Prints: Return
in the same size envelope or in the original tube. Please note CD is not returnable unless it is defective. If it is defective, we will exchange it with no additional cost. We recommend, in particular in the case of Graphic Prints, that you pay attention to the size of the prints as this dynamically affects the impression of the art. fill out and send along with your payment to ZENICA. Items will be shipped upon confirmation of the payment. A personal check may take a little longer to process.
